Notes:Cold holding units checked OK and recorded below 40 F. Walk in noted at 34 F. Please replace 4 of the non-working lights at the reach in doors of walk in refrigerator. All lights observed shielded as required in cold holding units and thermometers present.Handsink properly stocked. Mop sink functional.Grocery store sells prepackaged foods; commercially processed foods and will be assigned a risk category 1 health permit. No open food or prepared foods are allowed to be sold or displayed at this grocery store. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced. Health permit (official) will arrive in mail within a couple of weeks. Please post in a conspicous spot of store.
