This facility is used as needed for service in the events center. Facility not in operation at time of inspection. -hand sinks stocked; do post handwashing signs (provided) at all handsinks; discussed no bare hand contact requirements-reach ins at 36F; 39F; 39F and 37F; thermometers available-ice machine clean; scoops properly stored-all dishes are done in events center stewarding facility-food properly stored-lights shielded-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms stocked and clean-regular pest control by Ecolab; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-facility is clean and well maintained-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
