This facility is used as needed for service in the events center. Facility not in operation at time of inspection. -hand sinks stocked; do post handwashing signs (provided) at all handsinks; discussed no bare hand contact requirements-reach ins at 36F and 37F; thermometers available-ice machine clean; scoops properly stored-all dishes are done in events center stewarding facility-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-lights shielded-restrooms stocked and clean-regular pest control by Ecolab; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-facility is clean and well maintained-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

No signs or evidence of vermin at time of inspection. Coffee pots; ice tea makers/dispensors and soda fountain machines properly cleaned on a routine basis. Handsinks properly stocked.Bathrooms observed cleaned and stocked throughout facility.

Observed inside of ice machine dirty with bicarbonate buildup and mold growth. Facility shall clean inside deflector panel inside unit. Ice machines shall be cleaned quaterly by removing all ice; than washing; sanitizing and rinsing of entire inside bin and filter baskets and panels.

Observed proper storage of single service items off ground.Both side stations oberved clean and organized. Handsinks properly stocked. Do replace missing trash receptacles at handsinks stations. Reviewed with operator training procedures for event center staff.
