    Half and half stored in keg walk in temped at 46F. Unable to verify how long product had been in walk in. Product voluntarily discarded. Spoke with operator - half and half will no longer be stored in that walk in.Corrected on site.

    This facility stores wine; beer and liquor for distribution to bars.-food properly stored-lights shielded-thermometers available-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms stocked and clean-discussed first in; first out procedures with no issues noted-regular pest control by Ecolab; no issues noted at time of inspection--discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

    Cold holding units checked OK and recorded < 40 F;Thermometers present.Discussed with operator to provide impervious trays under EDI system for the retention of spills and leaks. This will assist in cleaning pooled liquids from EDI system. All food properly stored. No chemicals stored next to food. Outside garbage area is pressure washed regularly and garbage is picked up daily.
