Please keep this handsink stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. This handsink was designed to be at this location and will still need to properly stocked so no other function occurr at this sink. Please have cleaning staff mop all the water off the floors after mopping. Observed standing water under bar counter. Standing water attracts vermin.

    Observed bar guns and bar gun holders with visible mold like substance. Clean bar guns and holders on a daily basis by removing the holders and spouts and scrubbing surfaces to remove growth.

    Observed both handsinks in bar dirty with visible soil buildup on bottom and sides of stainless steel handsinks. Non food contact surface not maintained properly. All non food contact surfaces must be maintained properly.Observed fan vents at 3 door reach in refer with visible dust debris buildup. Observed sides and top of reach in refer with visible soil buildup. These surfaces shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition on a routine basis to prevent possible cross contamination.Observed bar shelving dirty. Bar shelving where clean barware is stored shall be cleaned on a weekly basis or more frequently to prevent cross contamination. Glassware is store inverted with the mouthed end on top of rubber matting and surfaces that are visibly dirty.

    Cold holding units checked Ok.Chlorine barwasher recorded at 100 ppm.* Reviewed with operator to have every bartender test barwasher to be sanitizing at levels between 50-100 ppm prior to cleaning and sanitizing glassware. This may result in 2-3 cycles of the barwasher to be ran before sanitizer is properly dispensed in the sanitizing line of barwasher. All barware and food service equipment must go through the wash; rinse and sanitize steps. Handsinks properly stocked. Dairy dates current.
