    Thermometer missing in cold holding unit. Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature.

This log shall be kept at bar for review.

Ambient air temperature recorded at 43 F with thermocoupler.

Food properly stored; no chemicals stored next to food or beverages.Proper storage of icescoop with scoop stored out of ice. Discussed with operator to have a sanitizer bucket setup in this bar area. Guests are allowed to eat in this bar and health inspector observed several wet wiping cloths stored throughout bar. Please keep wet wiping cloths stored inside sanitizer bucket fully submerged when not in use to prevent bacteria growth. Bar observed clean and organized.
