This log shall be kept at bar for review.

Handsink properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. Food properly stored; no chemicals stored next to food or beverages.Proper storage of icescoop with scoop stored out of ice. Discussed with operator to have a sanitizer bucket setup in this bar area. Guests are allowed to eat in this bar and health inspector observed several wet wiping cloths stored throughout bar. Please keep wet wiping cloths stored inside sanitizer bucket fully submerged when not in use to prevent bacteria growth. Bar observed clean and organized.
