No test strips available - Provide for the proper makeup of sanitizer water. Makeup between 50-100ppm bleach. All multi-use equipment and utensils; ice bins; ingredient containers; etc. must be washed (soap and water); rinsed (plain water) and sanitized (submerge in sanitizer water for 1 minute and then air dry). Washing; rinsing and sanitizing must be done at either of the 3-compartment sinks at the lounge bar as these are the only sinks approved for utensil washing (indirectly drained to sewer).

OBSERVATIONS:- Post hand washing signs at hand wash stations as required.- Be advised there is no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods (e.g. garnish). Must use gloves or utensils in conjunction with hand washing.
