Prep table area - surfaces smooth and sealed - all easily cleanable. Equipment installed properly. Ice machine - ok - drains properly to floors sink Floors - ok. Walls - ok.Ligthing ok. Dish machine must be operating at 180 f for final rinse - was not operational at time of inspection - will need to do re-inspection for dish machine hi temp. Call when ready 328-2693. *Discussed no bare hand contact to ready to eat food items with owner.This facility will be making cold press juice - warning labels are on bottles. Juice will be sold out of this facility (Retail).
