NOTES:WRITTEN UP ON 1/2/14. MISSED WAS IN ANOTHER INSPECTORS AREA. TRANSFERED BACK TO ME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET BACK OUT. I WAS THERE ON THE ABOVE DATE AND INSPECTED THE WEREHOUSE (GARAGE) TO ENSURE SAFE. HE WAS NOT OPERATING DUE TO LACK OF STAFF AND LOST HIS CFPM. WAS ADVISED THAT NEEDED TO SEGREGATE THINGS BETTER AND GET A CFPM ON STAFF.

Reviewed warehouse with supervisor; Dave McNinch. It is a free-standing building; separate from a private residence; in a residentail area. Storage area for food product including shelving and chest type freezer is adequate. Only commercially prepared foods such as hot dogs; canned beans; cheese; and chips that have not been opened may be stored in this facility. Foods that have been opened for service on the mobile unit must be discarded and cannot be stored at this facility.
