Items noted on previous inspection (10/21/10) have been corrected. -separate hand sink functional with hot and cold running water under pressure - sink stocked with soap and paper towels. sanitizer bucket checked at 100 ppm chlorine - test kits available*Facility approved to wash reusable containers in home-style dishwasher; rinse containers in 1-comp. sink and sanitize in sanitizer bucket and are dry containers. Ensure hands are washed with soap and water prior to handling clean containers.

Facility currently selling plastic syrup containers and allowing customers to return empty used containers. Facility cleans containers and re-fills containers with syrup for re-sale. Facility currently equipped with home style dishwasher and one compartment sink.*within 30 days; by 11/21/10; facility must obtain a separate hand sink (plumed/drained to existing floor drain) and ensure used container are washed; rinsed in dishwasher and sanitized in a sanitizing tub in one-compartment sink and air dried prior to refilling and reselling containers.Sanitizing chlorine solution should be maintained between 50ppm and 100ppm and chemical test kits must be available to verify concentration.
