General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following facility deficiencies must be corrected prior to final approval:- Install shatter resistant bulb or light shield over the bulb in the walk-in cooler - increase wattage/light output.- Replace the broken light shield on the ceiling lights over the prep table.- Repair the missing hot water faucet on the mop sink- Replace all dim and burned out overhead light bulbs- Clean the HVAC grate and install a filter.- Provide information on line cook CFPMOperational requirements:- Gloves must be dawned in conjunction with handwashing when contacting customer ready to eat foods.- The 2-door glass merchandizer is approved for commercially pre-packaged foods only.Please contact Mike Lupan @ 328-2639 to schedule a re-inspection.
