Hand sink clean and stocked. Ice machine broken- purchasing Artic Glacier ice. All dishes washed in restaurant dishwasher.Very little use at bar. Dairy fridge @ 40F. Discussed no bare hand contact with garnishes with owner. Facility needs to develop a system to ensure staff does not touch garnishes for drinks with bare hands.Restrooms clean and stocked. Alcohol advisory posted.
