No soap available for hand sink in front area bathroom; this bathroom is not in use per operator. Keep soap stocked at all times if bathroom is operable.Noted soap bottle empty on hand sink in other bathroom. Keep soap stocked in both bathrooms.

Remove all debris from demolition from ground outside.Noted cardboard for recycling scattered on ground. Obtain a container to keep cardboard in it.

Meat department currently not in operation. Notification in writing will be given to health deaprtment if and when operator decides to cancel the meat permit.One CFPM for meat permit is currently on staff. CFPM took exam over one year ago.
