No test strips available to test sanitizer concentration of sanitizer buckets. Obtain test strips (chlorine) to verify that sanitizer is at 50-100ppm chlorine. Truck does have sanitizer.

No water pressure at handsink. Ensure handsink has water available. WCHD will allow operator to use 3 comp sink as a temporary handsink as all dishes/utensils are washed at depot. Carry extra utensils to ensure truck has enough.
