The items noted on the routine inspection conducted on 9/9/2015 have been corrected. Freezer case has been serviced. Ambient temperature checked at 12 F on case thermometer and 17 F on other thermometer placed inside unit. Food product are solid frozen at this time. Have temperature lowered to 0 F or closer to 0 F than the actual temperature.

Noted some ice bags in freezer with no label. Operator has labels on order and using termporary paper labels with scotch tape in mean time. Ensure that all bags are labeled; affix label at time of sale on bags that are not labeled.

Ambient temperature of large freezer case at 32 F. Most of the products are semi-defrosted; quality of product and likely the safety of product is impaired at this temperature. Have freezer fixed promptly or foods will need to be discarded. Owner had already placed service calls with refrigeration company and called and spoke with rep while on site to have freezer serviced within next day or two.

Walk-in cooler at 38 F.Refirgerated open case at 37 F. some spots at front area of case where product kept checked between 42 F and 46 F. Keep products properly stocked within case where temperature is maintained at 41 F or below.Dates on most of the food products checked were current.
