Observed several tile/flooring issues throughout bakery and deli areas:1- All missing tiles and coving need to be replaced to allow for smooth and cleanable floors and to prevent potential standing water issues.2- Metal sheet flooring outside of bakey oven was not sealed to floor; and stagnant water was collecting underneath it. Sheet should be pulled up and area underneath cleaned out. When replaced; sheet must be sealed to prevent standing water issues.
