Noted dust and some debris build-up on some areas of floor under equipment on both sides. Ensure that floor is detail cleaned under all equipment on regular scheduled basis to keep it clean and prevent further build-up. Cleaning will be done this weekend per staff.

Alll refirgerated units checked at below 40 F.Noted hand sink stocked and functional.3-compartment sink available in facility. 3-compartment sink and dish washer in Target snack bar being shared with Starbucks. Dish washer operating at 153 F on wash and 184 F on sanitization rinse cycle. Quat santizer checked at 200 ppm concentration in 3-compartment sink. Quat test strips are available.Facility using the walk-in cooler in Target Snack bar; walk-in cooler is currently out of order and empty. Facility using the large walk-in cooler at back stock area of Target. This walk-in cooler's thermometer at 40 F.Walk-in cooler that's out of order will be fixed within next two days.
