No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Ensure that the PCO's recommendations are followed once the remodel process has been completed (i.e. - replace any door sweeps that have been removed as part of the remodel process). No sweeps were observed missing at the time of inspection however PCO's treatment report indicated sweeps missing as of the last site visit on 2/21/12. PCO performs preventative maintenance and treatment every two months or as needed. Reviewed several reports; no activity noted by PCO.- Food waste dumpster pad had a visible accumulation of grease and debris contained on the pad. Routinely clean and maintain the food waste dumpster pad in order to prevent nuisance odors and pest attraction. Ensure that any liquids are vacuumed up and disposed of properly down the sanitary sewer system. Do not allow runoff from the pad as it will enter the storm drain system which drains directly into the Truckee River.- All refrigeration and freezers were operating at required temperatures (walk-in cooler 32F; freezer -10F). All food observed was within date code; properly stored off the floor and away from any chemicals. Continue to ensure that any bulging; rusted or dented (on the seams) cans are not offered for sale to the public.- All chemicals observed were properly stored and clearly labeled.- Restrooms were clean; stocked and operational.
