General Comments that relate to this Inspection Open inspection:Handsink ok. Install soap and p-towels. 3 compartment sink operatinal - no leaks. Prep sink - ok. Floors - ok. **Shelving in dry storage shelving has exposed wood - All exposed wood must be smooth; sealed; easily cleanable; and durable. **Seal gaps on wall to the right of the 2 comp sink. Use silicone or caulking. **In front area/distilling area bar area seal all wood in front area. Install - plastic blocks on copper piping to have pipe 1' away from wall. (Where all screws are in the wall). Seal hole to the right by the reach in cooler. Install weather stripping on back door to seal gap. Back room storage must be completed for any storage. Hole in wall must be sealed; smooth; easily cleanable. Paint exposed wood around electrical panel to make surfaces; smooth; sealed; easily cleanable. All equipment and food containers must be NSF or equivalent.
