It is a very well kept secret! Although somehow just about every TTU student knows how to get there. I've never actually been there. The best I can do is direct you to the USGS site which has the GPS coordinates for the falls:

I'm not sure if it's ok to go to the falls. The state is in the process of making it into a park, but it'll probably be another year or two before it's opened to the public. But it sure is beautiful! Travel & Leisure ranked it as one of the top 10 swimming holes in the
country .
