For years, Sky Combat Ace has been feeding a bunch of tourists who are ADRENALINE JUNKIES and want to experience live air combat simulation at the expense of Las Vegas residents. Sky Combat Ace was moved out of Henderson due to numerous safety and noise complaints from the residents, just to be dumped on top of tens of thousands of homes west of VGT.

It has been grossly irresponsible of abusive Clark county department of aviation, lawmakers (congresswoman Lee, and Congressman Horsford), and other City officials (City council Palenske, commissioner Miller and mayors) to allow this rogue business to continue to torment and harass Las Vegas residents and continue to operate with the intensity they do, right on top of congested areas. Sun City, Lone mountain and NW have been designated sacrifice zones (a playground for dangerous and rogue aviation activities BANNED in other cities), even our 'selected representatives" are not paying any attention to this serious issue, often justifying the abusive behavior of this business, for as long as they are about a 1000 ft right above our homes (only 300 meters). (c) Within the lateral boundaries of the surface areas of Class B, Class C, Class D, or Class E airspace designated for an airport;
(d) Within 4 nautical miles of the center line of any Federal airway;
(e) Below an altitude of 1,500 feet above the surface; or
(f) When flight visibility is less than 3 statute miles.
For the purposes of this section, aerobatic flight means an intentional maneuver involving an abrupt change in an aircraft's attitude, an abnormal attitude, or abnormal acceleration, not necessary for normal flight.
