There is some seating at the world's biggest Wawa — the Independence Mall store at 6th and Chestnut streets. But again, the atmosphere doesn't lend itself to lingering, and the one time I sat down to eat something I bought there, I noticed that the only other people I saw in the seating area looked like they were homeless.

One used to be located in the row of stores in the 1700 block of Walnut that went up in flames on George Floyd Weekend, but it had already closed by then.

Come to think of it, all four of the Center City or Center City-adjacent McDonald's locations closed within the last five years or so.

Shows yi how infrequently we walk around Center City these days. That McDonald's always looked to me like something could go sideways at any moment.

Who here's been to a Tim Horton's? And how do they compare to Dunkin? I'm excited for the one in Cinnaminson to open.

Me, in Lindenwold.

I'd say Tim's coffee is better than both Dunkin' and Starbucks. Breakfast sandwiches on par with Mickey D's.

In a perhaps strange coincidence, the Tim Hortons in Lindenwold shares its site with a TD Bank branch.

The pride of Canada. Tim Hortons. I always felt like the coffee: McD = Tim Hortons < Dunkins. Never had food.
