A few recent openings/announcements I can think of:

"Reformation", an LA-based women's clothing store is opening on Walnut to replace Outdoor Voices. I don't know much about the brand except my girlfriend loves it.

Now if we could just get the Aritizia, I think I could convince her to stop driving all the way to KoP...

Chase Bank is taking the entire former Wawa space at Broad & Walnut.

DaMo Pasta Lab just opened their second CC location in Rittenhouse.

"Almost Home General" is a huge brunch spot that just opened in Old City.

So many banks, but honestly, that corner of the intersection has been nasty since that Wawa opened (and closed), at least Chase will keep it tidy and well lit.

Random retail tidbit, my friend works in branding at Bloomingdale's, and he told me that Sandro Paris has exploded in popularity (carried by Bloomingdale's and standalone stores), and that Sandro is expanding standalone stores in the US, including Atlanta and DC. While they will likely choose KoP, Sandro is perfect to further boost Walnut. Premium brand and still attainable for young professionals (one of my favorites).
