This hotdog push cart has a new servicing area at Village Grill located at 18705 Village Center Drive; Suite 201; Reno; NV 89508. The Village Grill is a permitted restaurant and Mr. Joseph K Smith has authorization to use facility for all of teh accessory operations for his hot dog push cart.Facility has not had employee(s) take and fail one of the recognized CFPM exams in the past year. The owner/permit holder is the only CFPM.Notes:Handsink is self contained on cart with both hot and cold running water. Do stock the handsink with liquid soap and sanitary paper towels while in operations; Permit holder has not used unit in 2016 year. Do notify health authority if push cart when push cart will be participatin in a special/temporary food event. Operator understands that push cart must be serviced daily when in operation. The servicing area is in Bordertown area of Reno. The servicing area has a designated space for both cold holding and dry storage for push cart operator. Walk in unit noted at 38 F. The push cart is not in operation and will be stored at 907 Birchwood Circle; Sparks; NV 89434. Please contact Dave Kelly if servicing area changes. OK to operate.
