Observed raw shell eggs being stored above ready to eat product. Treat raw shell eggs like raw chicken and ensure items are stored below all other raw food and ready to eat foods. This item corrected on site.Also observed very little labeling and date marking in this outlet. Ensure all opened; cooked and/or prepped foods are labeled and marked with use by date to ensure proper rotation of food.

Observed door gasket to walk in fridge broken and not sealing properly. Replace this gasket so it seals door tightly and is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed salt container with a plastic sleeve on the side that is caked with food debris and dirt. Remove this plastic sleeve and relabel container with something that is smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed numerous plumbing maintenance issues. Repair the following items: - Dripping faucet at three compartment sink. - Extend pipe to floor drain @ prep sink by Baxter oven. - Clear drain to mop sink. It appears to be clogged and not draining properly. - Leak on outside of ice machine that is dripping down front of unit. - Dripping faucet at wash down area for dishwasher. - Dripping faucet at hand sink near coffee station.

Hand sink clean and stocked. Walk in cake fridge @ 40F. Walk in freezer @ 0F. Reach in # 27 @ 38F. Reach in #26 @ 40F. Reach in #25 @ 38F. Walk in fridge @ 38F. No sign of pests. Good food storage throughout facility.High temp dishwasher- not running at time of inspection but staff is aware of proper temp levels. Ice machine clean. Good scoop storage in all dry goods. Facility very clean.
