This machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and must not be used until reinspected by WCHD. Recommend facility keep a log book of all ice machines property wide and when they are cleaned and sanitized. Current practices do not seem to be enough to ensure customers are being served safe ice.

Remove tape and thoroughly clean and sanitize gun handles to prevent cross contamination. **This item has been noted on two prevous inspections (6/18/14 & 7/3/14) and discussed with management staff on other Boomtown inspections and still has not been addressed. If parts need to be ordered to address this issue then WCHD staff needs to be informed of steps being taken to abate this issue. No attempt to inform WCHD staff has been made. A reinspection fee of $71 will be assessed in order to confirm this item has been corrected.
