Hand sink clean and stocked. Dairy reach in @ 30F. *Recommend replacing door gaskets soon. Dipper well in use for spoons and utensils. Juice reach in @ 40F. Three comp sink set up and in use with 200 ppm Quat. Test strips on site. Good dairy dates throughout. Ice machine (Kitchen) clean and good scoop storage. *Recommend hanging paddles from wall instead of on top of unit so they dry completely between uses.Facility very clean and well kept.

The violations from the previous inspection have been corrected with the exception of the above: - Food storage containers with old labels have been relabeled. - Facility is much cleaner. Ensure a regular cleaning schedule is maintained. ** While reinspecting for the above items it was observed that the drain pipes into the floor sink under the three compartment sink are splashing up and onto boxes of sanitizer solution and soap. These bottles should be discarded as they are comprimised and should be stored 6" off floor in the future.
