General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit until 02/23/15 at which time the following items must be corrected: - Repair leak and condensor to cabinet reach in cooler. Cooler is icing up around condesor and dripping water on bottom of unit. - Clean fan guards off dust and dirt build up on 'Easymark' reach in cooler. - Repair leaking valves near floor sink for dishwasher and three compartment sink drain and patch tile where water has been leaking onto sub floor. - Clean floor sink in front of cabinet reach in cooler. Drain does not get regular floor and has cobwebs and dirt buildup inside it. Other items observed:Reach in cabinet cooler @ 34F. Dishwasher dispensing 100 ppm Chlorine. Test strips on site. Facility currently has two separate Chlorine based sanitizers feeding into dishwasher. Only one is neccesary and if one is removed operator must ensure Chlorine residual maintains at 50-100 ppm. Ice machine clean. Unit serviced regularly. Speed guns clean. **Observed BBQ outside that; according to operator; is used occasionally to cook hotdogs for pool tournaments. This permit is not approved for food service. If food service is desired a separate food permit must be obtained and City of Reno Environmental Control must be consulted regarding the need for a grease interceptor.
