General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening inspection (Construction)This bar will need a permanent handsink installed for staff to wash hands properly when serving drinks. If a floor sink is installed Grand Sierra Resort must turn in plans to City of Reno Building and then routed to Washoe County Health District for approval; have a construction inspection; and then a opening re-inspection for bar to operate. This bar can operate under the operation of serving bottle beer and can. There will be no serving of open drinks at this bar due to no handsink and drainage into floorsink of overflow of beer. Will need handsink to ensure proper handwashing when pouring open drinks.
