Clean residue and maintain on regular cleaning schedule.Observed ice build up on ceiling of walk in freezer 2 and 3. Clean ice build up to prevent potential cross contamination of food product. Observed duct tape on door frame walk in refrigerator. Remove duct tape so surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable.
