Whip cream in can inside cold holding unit noted at 55 F also voluntarily discarded. * Corrected on site.

060) Inappropriate scoop used for food service. Use an approved; food grade scoop with a handle to minimize hand contact with food product.Observed improper scoop used at mobile ice cart. All ice scoops must have a handle to minimize hand contact to food. Discontinue using metal containers with no handles for scooping ice. All ice scoop shovels shall be cleaned and sanitized daily.

Observed cardboard sign stored inside ice machine. * Sign removed and corrected on site. Discussed with operator to keep ice machine clean and that no items to be stored inside service ice except for the ice scoop with handle facing up. The white ice shovel hanging on wall shall be cleaned on a routine basis by washing; rinsing and sanitizing.

310) Keep hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to ensure proper hand washing.Observed no sanitary disposable towels at both handsinks.Disposable gloves shall not be stored on handsink handles. Facility shall store disposable gloves in a clean and dry manner to prevent backsplash of handwashing water to come in contact with clean disposable gloves.

340) Evidence of vermin activity observed. Clean following area thoroughly and seal all access points. Facility uses Orkin for pest control services. Orkin is on site daily servicing all areas of the Resort. Please have Orkin treat bar for flying pests noted at time of inspection. An invoice for treatment shall be provided to health inspector upon reinspection.
