Do provide tongs for garnishes for drinks. -speed guns clean-ice scoops in consumer ice properly stored-reach in at 32F and 38F-thermometers available-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-service items are single use-sanitizer bucket at 400ppm quat-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
