Do check unit to ensure it maintains 40F or below.-dishwashers both measured at 100ppm chlorine-speed guns clean-sinks are labeled. All handsinks do have soap and paper towels. Provide pump liquid soap for each sink.

Facility has several sinks; but no clear designation for dump sinks or hand sinks. Some sinks that are being used as dump sinks have soap; but no paper towels; other hand sinks have no soap or paper towels; and other sinks have paper towels but no soap.Clearly mark sinks for their intended use. All handsinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to facilitate proper handwashing.
