Ensure dishwasher is sanitizing properly within 48 hours; 10/16/15; to reduce the spread of bacteria and viruses and to reduce cross contamination.*Facility is going to use the dishwasher in the steakhouse kitchen to wash all glassware and utensils until the dishwasher is sanitizing properly.
