Both hand sinks were stocked with soap and paper towels; but the paper towels were not properly mounted to the wall in any device. Obtain a mounting device for the paper towels to ensure proper hand washing.

Notes:-This permit is risk level 1 and does not require a CFPM.-All products are stored at least 6" off the ground.-All lights properly shielded.-Bathroom properly stocked.-Hand sink properly stocked.-All single service articles stored at least 6" off the ground.-Facility just roasts coffee from 50lbs bags and then rebags the roasted coffee into smaller bags.

Observed handsink blocked by several rolling buckets. Hand sink must be available and stocked at all times to ensure proper handwashing. Corrected on site.

Notes:Facility roasts and packages coffee. Coffee is roasted to order and inventory is not kept.-restroom clean and stocked-handled scoops in use and stored properly-food stored properly-chemicals labeled and stored properly-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster ok-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
