General Comments that relate to this Inspection No violations observed during inspection. - All food product stored 6" off ground. - Three comp sink available and test strips available. Chlorine utilized for sanitization. Not set up during inspection but staff able to verbalize process. - Hand sink clean and stocked. - Restrooms clean and stocked.- Scoops properly stocked. - Discussed employee illness policy. Ensure employees with gastrointestinal illness (vomitting or diarrhea) are excluded from working with food for 48 HRS after symptoms have stopped. Note: Due to change in WCHD Food Establishment regulations effective June 15; 2015 for Manufacturing Facilites one full time staff member at this location is required to become certified as a Certified Food Protection Manager. This item is not violated at this time due to the recent change in regulations but this item must be addressed within 60 days of today (5/10/16). Information on how to obtain this certification left with operator. If this certification is not obtained within 60 days of today this item will be violated and further enforcement action will be taken.
