The following was observed at the time of inspection:Cold-holding checked good; ham at 37F; cheese at 42F; tomatoes at 35F; fruit at 36F.Handsink stocked and functional; however; facility must move all clean utensils and pans away from handwashing area****Reviewed importance of not using bare hands with ready-to-eat food products.Refrigeration units checked at <40F.Reviewed date marking of any prepared foods (new regulations). Maximum hold time for potentially hazardous foods must not exceed (7) days.

Opening Inspection:Facility is approved for operations as a (risk category 1; grocery health permit) with the following conditions:Facility shall repair damaged floor areas throughout store as needed; all surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable.Facility shall clean all refrigeration units and defrost freezer chest as needed. Move food products to another freezer unit when defrosting.Facility shall check all date codes throughout store and remove products past expiration.
