Marble top table still need to be cleaned and repainted. Need to sand rough edges to facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing.

Walls in the decorating room still need to be remodeled so wall paper is removed and surfaces are smooth; sealed and easily clean able. Walls in bakery need to be repaired so all chipped and or missing are repaired or replaced; all chipped cement walls need to be repaired and sealed so all surfaces are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable.Observed ceiling tiles above doors that were not installed correctly and created gap to the ceiling space above decorating room. Need to replace or install correctly to prevent access by vermin or inspects.

Obsred chipping paint and worn wood on the marble top table. Need to clean; sand rough edges and reseal to facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing of this unit.

Observed dried food matter on the stationary mixing equipment. Need to deep clean units to prevent vermin attraction and ensure proper sanitization.

Decorating Room: Hot water was turned off in the handsink; contact said it was because the sink was leaking. Hot water was turned back on in the handsink; did not observed any leaks from the sinks of the plumbing. Repair if needed if leaks arise. Do not turn of hot water to ensure proper handwashing - corrected on site.

Decorating Room:The walls of this area covered in wall paper on the top half and a plastic laminate board on the bottom. The wall paper is peeling and many of the panels of plastic board are worn. The walls of this area will need to be renovated so they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable. Discussed with maintenance potential approved wall coverings and schedule for repairs. Any pillars in this area will also need to be repaired so they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable.Bakery:Many of the wall tiles in this room are broken and chipped. The larger holes and missing tiles in this room have been corrected from the opening inspection. The walls in this room also need to be renovated and replaced with a surface or material that is smooth; sealed and easily cleanable. Ensure all missing tile coving and vinyl coving is installed to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces.

Remove worn wood table top being used for a shelf under the stainless steel shelf with the candy light and chocolate machine. Maintenance staff said they may have some stainless steel shelves to put in this area that will be easier to maintain and keep clean.

All the lights in the dry storage are need to be covered or the bulbs need to shatter proof to prevent food contamination Walls throughout the rooms are worn; need to repaint and repair walls so they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable. Also observed a hole in the wall behind the proof box.Observed missing tiles and broken tiles throughout the area. Need to repair floor so it is smooth; sealed and easily cleanable. The wood shelves in the dry storage area are becoming worn; need to repaint shelves so they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable.Observed exposed in the threshold of the walk-in cold holding unit. Need to cover and seal. Observed ice forming on the compressor of the cold-holding unit. It is currently being repaired. Ensure ice is not forming or dripping on food below to prevent cross contamination. 3 compartment sink ok. Handsink ok. Food storage ok. Cutting boards are on a regular schedule for resurfacing. Ensure all ceiling tiles are replaced if missing. If area is going to be remodeled ensure all required permits and plans are submitted.
