[1] Non-food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean Observed one of the speed gun holsters that was backed up with stangant water. Need to have line blown out to prevent mold growth.
[1] Installed; maintained Observed water pooling near the dishwasher and the back floor drain. The drain pipes are not lined up with floor drain so it runs on the floor. Need to remove the stagnant water and adjust the pipes to prevent water collection on the floor.
