[2] Toilet rooms: self closing doors; fixtures maintained; clean; hand soap/drying devices provided; proper waste receptacle Handsink in the veggie prep area is not installed; though plumbing is visible. Need to install handsink in veggie prep area to facilitate proper handwashing.
