[2] Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean; free of abrasives; detergents Observed two white buckets of small ramekin dishes used for butter with a number of dishes with caked on food matter. Items were removed and send to be rewashed -corrected on site. All food contact surfaces must be clean and free of debris.
[1] Storage; handling of clean equipment / utensils Observed basket of metal utensils near the service station where the utensils were not stored correctly with handles not facing the same direction. Store all utensils with handles facing the same direction to avoid cross contamination.
