No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Test strips were available for the testing and makeup of sanitizer water (for washing knives). Tested 200ppm quaternary ammonia residual.- Areas were overall clean and well organized. There was a recent delivery in the AM so all areas of the warehouse were unable to be inspected.- A preventative pest control log was unable to be located upon request. Please ensure that all employees in charge know the location and status of any PCO activity. Did observe an ant trap under the 2-compartment sink in the warehousing room however no prohibited insect or rodent activity was observed at the time of inspection.- The hand washing sink was stocked and operational.- Ensure that employees are washing hands whenever there is a change or break in service or activity.
