Food is brought up daily from main kitchen and transfered to hot boxes or steam tables.2) Refer at 36 degree F only two boxes.3) Freezer at -5 degree F two boxes of turkey meat (frozen)4) Handsinks ok5) DIshwasher chemical has log and test strips.6) Three comp sink also.Ok to operate.
