    - Install missing thermometer in the right hand deli display cooler and in the walk-in cooler. All other units had NSF listed thermometers installed.

    - Repair the leak at the snackbar hand sink drain line.- Repair the leak at the back of the soda machine ice bin.

    Deep cleaning needed in the following areas:- Facility floor sinks (e.g. under the dairy display cooler; under the 3-compartment sink)- Floors/corners in hard to reach areas (e.g. under the 3-compartment sink; in the walk-in cooler).

    All chemicals must be clearly labeled to prevent misuse. Observed two spray bottles under hand sink which had faded illegible labels. Observed one red spray bottle with an unknown substance. Operator was unable to identify and bottle was not labeled. Voluntarily discarded and faded labels were re-labeled. Corrected on-site.

    OBSERVATIONS:- Restroom stocked and operational with hand washing sign posted.- Overall facility was organized and maintained. Bag ice is currently supplied. Bags were clearly labeled.- Food product properly stored off the floor. - No expired product observed- Reviewed employee 48 hour exclusion policy for G/I symptoms.

    OBSERVATIONS:- Ensure product on roller grill is held at 135F at all parts of the product. Be advised that infrared thermometers give surface temperatures only. Internal temperature observed at 140-144F center and 126-140F ends. Keep plastic covers down to help maintain adequate temperature throughout.- All ambient refrigeration and freezer temperatures observed were at or near that required by regulation (2-door pizza freezer 4F; ice cream freezer -6F; -8F; Reach-in freezer 0F (at snackbar); reach-in cooler 36F; 2-door reach in freezer -3F; deli case 35F.- Handwashing signs were posted at all hand washing stations. All hand washing stations were stocked and operational.- Gloves and/or tongs in use in conjunction with hand washing. Be advised there is no bare hand contact with customer ready to eat foods.- Went over 48 hour G/I symptoms food handling exclusion requirement with operator.- Sanitizer water maintained at the snackbar tested 300ppm quat ammonia with test strips available.- No other CFPM's; No failures in the last year.

    All violations from the last inspection have been correctedContact said the freezer was repaired. Did not observe any ice formations on the drip pan or below the compressor. Rusted areas seems to be patched with an epoxy. Monitor unit for ice formation.Floors under the front racks in the walk-in fridge are clean. Contact said they are going to clean the racks in the back of the unit again tomorrow.     Observed a large ice formation on bagged ice in the reach-in freezer under the drip plate on the condenser. All bagged ice with ice formed on the outside must be discarded to prevent contamination and unit must be repaired/serviced so it no longer leaks on the bagged ice.
